Allora Falanghina (Enoagrimm):
This vibrant white wine from Puglia is characterized by ripe and aromatic green citrus and pungent wild herbs. It features a crisp, incisive palate with fennel, grapefruit, and bitter lemon, balanced by taut acidity and a mineral texture. The clean, savory finish makes it a great pairing with appetizers and light fish dishes.

Bacchus Rosso Piceno DOC (Ciù Ciù Azienda Vitivinicola): This deep ruby-red wine reveals a complex blend of blackberries, black cherries, and hints of plum and fig. It has a full-bodied, velvety texture, with concentrated black fruits intertwined with dark chocolate and roasted coffee beans. The well-integrated tannins and vibrant acidity give it balance and structure, ensuring a refreshing finish.

Ciao Estate! - Frascati Superiore DOCG (Cantine San Marco): A fine representation of Lazio’s volcanic terroir, this Frascati Superiore is aromatic with floral notes, ripe apples, and a subtle mineral smokiness. The wine is rich but well-balanced, with pronounced minerality and orchard fruit flavors. Its distinctive mineral finish and DOCG status underscore its quality and adherence to traditional winemaking methods.

Terrebaciate Merlot (Cascina Del Colle): This Merlot from Abruzzo displays rich dark fruit flavors like black cherries, black currants, and plums, complemented by earthy undertones and dried herbs. It has a velvety texture with nuanced layers of dark chocolate, robust tannins, and a long, opulent finish. The wine highlights the terroir's unique characteristics while staying true to its varietal identity.

Bocara Selezioni Gambellara DOC (Cavazza Societa Semplice Agricola): This Garganega wine from volcanic soils offers vibrant aromas of yellow plum, honey, sweet spice, and pear. The palate showcases minerality and an unusual cooked apple note, balanced by refreshing acidity. It has a long, lingering finish, making it a standout expression of the Gambellara Classico region.
